National Agency Check

To be completed AFTER your account application has been approved.

Introduction

In response to a directive from the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP), after 01 October 1999, all users of MHPCC computer systems will require "a documented favorable completion of a National Agency Check (NAC) in conformance with draft DoD Directive 5200.2-R."

If you already have an active DoD security clearance or have a documented favorable completion of a NAC, have your Facility Security Officer (FSO) or security office send a visit request to MHPCC (instructions here - PKI login required).

Upon receipt of this documentation, access to MHPCC systems will be granted. If you are the Principal Investigator of your project, please ensure all your team members understand and meet this requirement.

If you do not possess a security clearance or a favorable NAC, please contact the MHPCC Accounts Specialist or the MHPCC Facility Security Associate.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance!
